By booking with HighTop Cleaning Services LLC, you agree to the following:

Services

Residential cleaning uses eco-friendly products.
Commercial and deep cleaning may require limited use of harsher chemicals.
Extra requests must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees.
Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed via email and subject to availability.
Payment is due upon service completion. Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfers, checks, or cash.
Late payments incur a $25 fee for every 7 days overdue.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Must be made 48+ hours in advance.
Cancellations within 48 hours: $50 fee.
Same-day cancellations/no-shows: full service cost.
Property Access

Ensure access at the scheduled time.
Delayed access of 15+ minutes may result in cancellation and full charge.
Liability

HighTop Cleaning Services LLC is insured and bonded.
Not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile, or improperly secured items.
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.
Client Responsibilities

Secure valuables and fragile items.
Provide clear instructions in advance and minimize excessive clutter.
Notify us 24+ hours in advance if someone is ill.
